V-Screed Expansion Joint Profiles

V-Screed Expansion Joint Profiles are designed to provide movement joints in tile installations that are set in a thick mortar bed.  Some examples of such tile installations include ceramic tile, natural stone, pavers, and brick.  As far as movement profiles for mud beds go, this is the cream of the crop. 

These profile systems feature flexible central zones to accommodate movement, and are designed to absorb stresses caused by movements.  In addition, the hard PVC edges protect all tile edges from normal wear and tear, and even against mechanical stresses caused by industrial traffic.

The V-Screed Expansion Joint by Blanke is available in four different heights and features stable sidewalls made of rigid PVC and a central movement zone made of soft PVC.  Please keep in mind that since the side sections are partially exposed at the surface, the V-Screed Expansion Joints are intended mainly for industrial use.
